1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to the United States and Canada only. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations to accommodate more customers in the future.
2. Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via Canada Post Tracked Package. This service allows you to track your package from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives at your doorstep. For certain orders, a delivery confirmation signature may be required to ensure the safe delivery of your items.
3. Packaging
We take great care in packaging our items. All products are securely packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In our commitment to sustainability, we use recycled materials for our packaging whenever possible.
4. Shipping Schedule
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding major holidays. Please note that in our area, shipping is not available on Saturdays. As such, all orders placed on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday.
5. Delivery Times
- For the US Lower 48 States and Canada: Delivery times are typically 5-7 days, although this may vary slightly depending on your location. We appreciate your patience and strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
6. Remote Areas Delivery
Please be advised that deliveries to remote areas will incur an additional shipping charge of $20 per Kg (2.2lbs). This is necessary to cover the extra costs associated with transporting your items to hard-to-reach locations.
7. Important Notes
- Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. MemoriesAgo.com is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- In the event of a delayed delivery, please check your tracking information and contact Canada Post for further assistance. We are here to help but please note that once an order leaves our warehouse, we have limited control over delivery times.
