is memories ago vintage decor authentic or are they reproductions?

With 30 years plus of extensive vintage and antique knowledge, you can be assured that every item offered at MemoriesAgo.com is 100% vintage and not a modern reproduction.

However, there are some "vintage reproductions" that were made before the 80s and they can hold a lot of value. These items, when and if listed at MemorieAgo will always, clearly state, that they are a reproduction in the title as well as the description.

How Long will it take to receive my order?

Your item/s will ship directly from us to you within 1-2 business days (excluding major holidays).


Orders going to the lower 48 states in the US, as well as orders shipping across Canada (excluding remote areas) should arrive within 5-7 business days, give or take a day depending on your location.

Will i receive a Tracking number with my memories ago order?

Yes, we provide fast shipment and tracking with every Memories Ago order.  Once your order is shipped (Usually 1-2 business days) you will receive your tracking number by email.  You can also login to your MemoriesAgo account to get your tracking details and delivery status at any time.

What if my vintage decor item arrive damaged?

We take great care in packaging every MemoriesAgo order and have safely shipped thousands of fragile vintage items to our customers.  One happy customer even stated that; “With your packaging, a horse could have sat on it and it would still be in one piece”

However, we know that stuff happens, and in the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged please contact us right away through the Contact Us page or you can use the live chat support and take care of you.

Depending on the item we may ask you for images, but please, don’t be offend, we sometimes need them for our own records.  In most cases you will not need to return the damaged item and a full refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving your request.

If we do request that a damaged item be returned to us before a refund can be processed, we will provide you with pre-paid shipping. Once your item has been received we will notify you by email and also update you on the status of your refund.
