Refund and Returns Policy:

 

Overview

MemoriesAgo.com provides a 30 day refund policy on all vintage decor items offered in our store.

Refund requests can be made up to 30 days after the delivery confirmation date posted by Canada Post.  Please note: some deliveries may require signature confirmation.

Refunds

Lost Shipments: Canada Post provides really amazing US/Canada tracking and delivery, lost shipments are a rare occasion. However, if your package does not arrive within the specified timeframe set out by Canada Post in your provided tracking info, please contact us here

Damaged Items: Although we have been told by one happy customer, “with your packaging, a horse could have sat on it and it would still be in one piece”, we know that stuff can happen. If your item should arrive damaged and in more pieces than it should be in, contact us right away!

We might ask you for pictures, and please, don’t be offend, depending on the item we may need them for our own records.  In most cases you will not need to return the item and a full refund will be issued within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your request.

If we do request that a damaged item be returned to us before a refund can be processed we will provide you with pre-paid shipping. Once your item has been received we will notify you by email and also update you on the status of your refund request.

There are also certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Piece/s of a complete set arrived damaged

In this case, we determine the value of each piece in the set based on your purchase price as the amount refunded per broken piece.

Example: You paid $200 for 10 piece set but two pieces arrived broken.  Your refund would be $40. Thats $200 ÷ 10 = $20 for each piece

Exchanges

MemoriesAgo does not offer product exchanges due the nature of vintage home decor items being “one of” items.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the time period stated, first check with us, if we have already processed your refund and you have still not received it then we advise you to double check with your bank.

You may also need to contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
